You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By engaging with us, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.

3. Appointments and Consultations

Initial consultations may be offered free of charge. Scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship. A formal engagement begins only when both parties sign a service agreement or proposal outlining scope, deliverables, and fees.

4. Payments and Fees

Fees for ongoing services will be clearly stated in your engagement agreement. Payment terms are due as outlined in your invoice or contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid balances.

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We understand that financial information is sensitive. Infinite Insight agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and will not disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or authorized in writing by the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Infinite Insight — including reports, templates, documents, website content, and any other materials — remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients may use materials only for internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Infinite Insight strives to provide accurate and high-quality financial guidance, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes.
We are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on our consulting or reports.

Your use of our Services is at your own discretion and risk.

8. No Legal or Accounting Advice

Our Services do not include legal, tax filing, or auditing advice. You should consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or tax professional for those specific needs.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time, subject to the terms of the individual service agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for any outstanding fees for work performed up to the termination date.

You agree not to misuse or interfere with the website or its content. Unauthorized use, including scraping, copying, or distributing site materials without written permission, is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
