Refund Policy
At Infinite Insight, we are committed to providing high-quality financial consulting and bookkeeping services that deliver value to our clients. Because our work involves customized analysis, strategy, and time investment, we maintain the following refund policy.
1. Consultations
Initial consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation. Once services are agreed upon and an engagement begins, fees associated with those services are considered final unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Service Fees
Due to the personalized nature of our consulting and financial advisory work, all fees for ongoing or completed services are non-refundable.
However, if you believe a billing error or service issue has occurred, please contact us within 7 business days of your invoice date so we can review the situation and make corrections if appropriate.
3. Deposits and Retainers
Some engagements may require an upfront deposit or retainer to secure your service start date.

Retainers are applied toward your final invoice unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are non-refundable once project work or scheduling has begun, as this time is reserved exclusively for your engagement.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or meeting, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of the scheduled session or a rescheduling fee.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or significant business disruption) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Infinite Insight reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion.
